Congratulations are in order (for me).  The birth of a new company is official!  I received my “Certification of Organization” from the state this week.  Flintvalley, LLC is now a legally recognized company.  How cool is that!  I also just called and got my federal tax id, so that means I can do the important things like getting a bank account created and opening up a credit card.

This was a pretty painless process overall and only took about two weeks.  That’s pretty impressive.  Now for the hard part — making money!
